I chose IIT, Delhi because it is one of the most reputed institutes for Engineering and provides us a secured future. My experience till now in this institute has been really amazing. The institute has an amazing crowd. It also has a strong alumni network that helps students a lot. Till now I have seen any bad aspect of my institute. To get admission simply you have to qualify India's toughest exam jee mains and advanced with good rank. I prepared through two year course at allen kota.
Frankly I chose this course because I want to get in IITD. I got civil engineering by chance not choice. I came here to improve my skills with proper and brilliant peer group and amazing seniors. The faculties are highly qualified, and their teaching is good, but they do prioritize research. If you focus properly in the class, then you will be able to understand their lectures. They are also cooperative and conduct doubt sessions. Exams are in two months interval mid sem and end sem. These are not tough but average goes high due to your classmates. Also some quizzes happen regularly.
I have not opted but a lot of seniors have. Even some first year students start internship in coding. A lot of companies at available for interns which hire for consultants coders web developers and many more and also offer really large amounts. Most of interns are done in two months summer vacation period.
There is an placement cell known as OCS. All knows that placement rate is quite amazing here which is also true. Highest package goes upto 2 to 3 cr and lowest is at 6 to 8 lpa. But in my branch there is only cement and no placement so prefer branch over college. Most students of civil starts consulting coding or civil services preparation.Still our average is about 8 lpa in civil engineering.
The total tution fees of institute is two lakh rupees per year for BTech courses. Total fees including mess and hostel comes out to be three lakh rupees per year. They also provide scholarships in category basis and also total family income. Amount of scholar bari from 33 percent to full waiver.
IIT Delhi is well known for its cultural fests known as Rendezvous held in October after mid sems which is considered the largest in north India. Also, there are more than 10 clubs which are very active and hold events regularly. Campus life at IIT Delhi is just amazing with outstanding seniors and juniors. It provides a lot of opportunities for students to be involved in co-curricular activities. It also has a three floor library full of books and also a lot of e books. Sports facilities at really amazing including grounds sports items and coaches also.
The hostel facility is also provided. Some hostels (2 of them) have air conditioners, but some hostels have average infrastructure. Every hostel has a gym and various sports facilities. But the mess facility is really amazing. But price is also amazing about 33000 per semester approx 6 thousand per month. But it really worth it. All first year students are offered hostel seats.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
