Likes
- I like teaching departments and th teachers of the university I also like the campus facilities and the beautiful scenery of the university and its location also . The guards are a bit harsh but it's ok
- Same as above that I have written and I will say everything is good if you are willing to study .in the university . Campus life is also good . My words are getting exhausted now .but uni is good in my opinion
Dislikes
- Dislikes are that the guards are a bit harsh sometimes . And the erp portal of the university is a little bit slow. Also the registrar department sometimes do the work very slowly . So only these are the dislikes
- No more dislikes . I think I have told all the above
Remarks :
I got know about it online through ads and my friend . No entrence test was conducted for me . Only 12 marks were considered for the admission. There are many ways also like jee and other exams listed on the uni website
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is very good in fact in this university the best part o founded was the study and the teachers . Evryone is focused towards study more rather than wastage of time students in various time wasting activities . Teachers are also good and helpful
Internships Opportunities :
I have not grabbed any type of internship yest but. On my mail there are various inteships offer for 3rd and 4th year students so I will say there are various opportunities. In the university if you are willing to look for them
Placement Experience :
I have not discovered the placements till now but from my seniors I got know the placement is quite descent and average package for btech cse is 6 to 7 lpa . Only for btech cse I will suggest in taking admission not any other course
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees for the first year is 3.5 lakh it varies in every year depending on the year . There are various scholarships also for example merit based. single child and defence quota etc which are listed clearly ok the university website
Campus Life :
Life is good . Good sceneries are there as it's close to mussorie hill station On campus life is also very good as people of dehradun are very helpful . I will only advice that rather on focusing on sceneries focus on study more.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for the hostel but from my friends I got to know little about the hostel . Which is that food is ok as like all universities in india but all other facilities are to the point and good .

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
