To get this college you must clear the cut off and appear in the CUET UG examination. This college comes Under the Delhi University. The cut offs fluctuate every year depending upon the difficulty level of the paper. I chose this college due to its great nirf ranking.Only clearing the cut off is enough for getting the admission,no interview is taken thereafter.
The faculty is no doubt amazing. They very well know and understand their field of teaching. They know the industry standards and teach accordingly. The curriculum is also industry related. The exams are conducted semester wise which are of moderate level and one could easily pass it.You do get passed to the next semester even if you get backs.
As internship opportunities are negligible in this college,I havent yet gotten any internship in my 2nd year uptil now. Most students opt for paid internships though. They often get scammed in the process so internship remains a topic of debate here.
Placement cell does exist but it does little to no work. There isnt much scope for placements or internships from this college.Even if you do get placed ,its highly unlikely that you get a very well paying job. My plans in the future are persuing a masters degree and probably enter the academia field.
So during the time of my admission the total fees was roughly around 62000 rupees.Around 22,000-23,000 every year and the duration of the course if of 4 years. But the fees increased by some amount and reached 65000 in totality. So we did see an increament in the fee structure. I belong to general category and given details is for my category only.Students with economically weaker backgrounds are given asisstance and relaxation as well. Various scholarships are introduced for such students during their college years.
So DU is well known for its amazing fest culture and campus life and you do get to experience all of it here. You get to visit other DU colleges and meet new people. The clubs are actively involved in some or the other activities and you enjoy every moment of it. You get access to the library. It has a dedicated section for each department.
I did opt for hostel in my first year.So hostel facility is provided to the first years only and if at all seats remain vacant in that case they are given to seniors. The hostel vacancy forms are released on the college website itself. The food quality is really good and you get access to wifi, gym, laundry room and other ameneties.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
