- I like that the teachers are very cooperative.
- Campus is in a very big area, with very nice ambience.
Dislikes
- I hate that they don't have covered area yoga. They make us do yoga in the open ground.
- There should be more hostels so that everyone who wants to live in hostel they can instead of opting pg.
Remarks :
This is one of the best college for engineering as its government college. Infrastructure is good, placement is good, everything about the college is nice. Yes, semester exams take place time to time and viva, tutorial, class test are also taken by the teacher.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Csai is a top branch in this time. Its the peak of computer science engineering. Teachers are well trained basically experienced. Difficulty level of exam is moderate so can easily score passing marks but need to study to score higher marks.
Internships Opportunities :
Google, Microsoft and many other big companies give internship opportunities to all the students. Recently a Japanese company came for the same purpose. As I'm 2nd year student so i don't know much about this but i like this college for this main reason, the opportunities.
Placement Experience :
As usual placement rate is good almost 80% get jobs through these placements. Girls are given high priority in this. My plan is to do mba after my btech. Eligibility criteria to sit in the rounds is to have no backs in every semesters.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Its 2400000 per year and scholarships are available for topper students and many more. They give scholarship to backward castes too, and for those whose earning parent dies while in between the degree their full fee is given by the college only
Campus Life :
There are many societies in our college. 2 fests take place each and every year. Library of our college contains only information related books and not novels and story books. Classrooms are highly maintained. Website is run by college people only.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel but there are 3 hostels for girls. 1 for outside india kids(alaknanda) , another one for kids with distance > 500km (kaveri) and for less distance with no ac (saraswati). Boys have 3 hostels too.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
