Remarks :
The factors which made me choose this college is the view, the locality, the surroundings, the nature and for my branch which is civil engineering, They have one of the best equipments and labs in Dehradun for civil engineering, which was enough for me to choose this college No, I didn’t face any group discussions or interview. They only saw my marks and gave me the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum of my branch is very well managed and is very effective for the students who want to learn civil engineering as they have multiple subjects related to civil engineering. The facilities of my departments are well qualified. They are from IIT and they teach very effectively, we have four quizzes, one midterm and one examination, the gap between midterm and term examination is about 1 month As a subject are of core branch, they are very tough and the students who have attended the class can only pass the subjects
Internships Opportunities :
Nope, I have not opted for any internship, but I will do the same when I am in the seven semester. I can’t tell you about internship as I have not opted for any I can’t tell about the task of the internship
Placement Experience :
I have not App For Internship As I am a student of fifth semester, but I will apply for this when I am in the seven semester, what I have heard about the placement is the placement are not that great, but have a minimum package of around three lakhs per annum The percentage of students getting placement is very low as the students of civil engineering are more focused towards business rather than job. I will also continue my family business, which is construction.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My college fees is 1,76,000 per year after 20% of the Domicile discount as I am a student of core branch, the other core branches also have the same fee structure of around 1,80,000 Whereas the fee structure for computer science student is more than the core students which is around two lakh per annum. After 20% of domicile discount. You can get either 20% of the discount or 20% of scholarship, but for the scholarship, you have to maintain the CGPA up to 8
Campus Life :
The campus life of the DIT University Is full of enjoyment We have a fest called youthopia In which there are multiple cultural events, technical events, car shows bike shows which is of three days We also have clubs related to sports for cricket, football, badminton, etc The availability of books in library is very good. We have different libraries for different departments.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I have not applied for the hostel as I am a scholar The registration process of the hostel is easy and the price is also not that high. If someone thinks that the price of the hostel has high, they can go for PG and Rent as a lot of rental properties are available over there.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
