The college had a great reputation for its physics department, the syllabus, it's lab facilities and the faculty. This was enough to convince me to apply for Ramnarain Ruia college. Other factors like it's crowd, it's cultural programmes and availability to reach the premises also helped me ferm my decision.
The course curriculum is divided into 3 years and 6 semesters, 2 in each year. This has come to my attention that there are many changes in the curriculum, class as well as practicals. PDF for which is available on the college website. The faculty has teachers who are expert in their fields and have a very clear understanding of what to extract and how to teach the students. A+ for them.
First year for the bachelor's in physics. program - 8495 second year for the bachelor's in physics program. - 15741 third year for the bachelor's in physics program. - 15741
Ruia college has a ground which is surrounded by the main building. We call it the 'quad', a short form for the word quadrangle. Every department has its designated floor, cabins and labs. The college is famous for its yearly fest 'Utsav Aarohan' , conducted by the college's RSC, Ruis Student Council. The RSC has many clubs under its umbrella. Team Infrastructure, Team security, Team Crisis management, team performing arts, team publicity, team fine arts, are just few to name. These teams conduct interviews on campus to involve new students. Our college also has an amazing library which has numerous books to refer and clear your doubts. Also has a huge reading hall on the top floor, which is quite and can accommodate around 150 people or more. The Auditorium is also up for the mentions. It's beautiful, spacious and comfortable.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
