- I like the campus' vibrant lifestyle. There are peoples from every corner of India as well as some from outside India. Interacting with everyone gives a good experience.
- My course is great and it helps me to learn everything that I want.
Dislikes
- I dislike the too vast course structure which becomes a bit tensed
- The hostel rooms are too small according to my first year friends.
Remarks :
I prepared for IIT-JEE, the toughest exam in India and qualified it with a good rank. It was a two year struggle to get into this prestigious institution. I worked hard during my JEE preparation and so I am here. The good aspects need not to be mentioned as it is an IIT ????. I had no interviews before entering this college. There are very few bad aspects which are so less that I can't even mention. (I guess that is common in every college)
Course Curriculum Overview :
I personally loved this course. Mathematics and Computing, what else does one need in this world to survive. The faculty is also great and are also educated from very prestigious universities. They know their work well and so help us in excelling academics.
Internships Opportunities :
There are several companies that are open for the students of this institution. It includes everyone's dream companies like Meta, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, NVIDIA, ACCENTURE,etc. They clarify their tasks at the day.
Placement Experience :
The one and only eligibility criteria for placements is CGPA which must be a descent one in order to sit for the placements and that too are set by the different companies, not by the college. In my course, the placement percentage is 76% and there are very high packages. The average is 30 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We are paying fees on the basis of every semester. It is like 100000 ruppees tution fee and 18000 mess fees per semester and the rest other fees including caution fees, registration fees, lab fees etc. There are also different fee structures for several categories like the fees is somewhat less than OBC, SC and ST have no tution fees as well as EWS (Economically Weaker Section) also have to pay no fees as well as they get MCM money per semester.
Campus Life :
There are various clubs. Even the numbers are so much that I cannot count. There are different clubs for every extra activities that one can do in a life. We also have various fests that gives life to campus and interaction among the students with the seniors as well as alumnis who are at high posts in the world.

The Real BIT Sindri Experience

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.
Average University in Jamshedpur in low fee
Placement Experience :
You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA
My Dream College
Placement Experience :
College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
