- Campus life is so enjoyable and the more you will explore here the more you gonna learn
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of our college because i think the renovation is not taking place from so many years
- Their is so less fests and cultural events happening in our college our heads never encourage this type of event
Remarks :
As a government college we are expecting a little much from the college but for this high expectations we are not fully satisfied because the course cost a little much if we see through a government funded college . I got to this college through joint entrance exam and any one who haven't given jee they can join here also through odisha joint entrance exam. There are different cutoff according to the branch you are choosing and here the upper branch is computer science
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is good can not say it as best but it's not that much bad and here the professors are so talented and their teaching and cooperation in every field is mind blowing and capable of appreciation
Internships Opportunities :
Internship are our own choice in our college there is no campus coming to us we have to approach them if it is that much needy for us. And for an experience basis we will all agree to the plan that it's better to do an internship out side the college
Placement Experience :
The placements opportunities of our college is good according to our alumni. So many companies are coming to findout the potential of their required post and our college only ensure that thier students can placed in a good Post.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In odisha university of technology and research there are so many plenty numbers of courses and each course is different and cost due and academic year is also different from each other. It is basically an engineering college but it also have so many other courses and also students are showing their interest on those branches. All total it has ten to eleven core branches except those it has seven to eight scc branches and also post graduate courses are there and also some students are persuing phd here . There is some tuition weaver scholarship for those students whose parents income are less than seventy thousand and quota system for sc , st and obc background students . In my course it cost around eighty five thousand and so many scc courses cost more than one lakh and the other core branch are also cost are eighty five thousand and the mba and b planning architecture and phd courses are also cost around the same . Our college has so many scholarship opportunities.
Campus Life :
There are so many clubs like dance club music club sports club and literally club . Not only you can improve your academic carrier but also you can grow your hobbies and passion here and every club are active and organise so many events and co operate freshers to join and improve and share their passion
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is okay okay means the room which are provided to us are pretty good but as usual every hostelites problem is the mess food and here the mess food is not that much worst but it can be better as we are paying the appropriate amount for this we deserve a proper mess food and except the food here the cleanliness and the hospitality of the members is so good.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
