Likes
- The thing i most like about my college is the fests that are conducted annually.
- And the second thing is shops that are having everything and we dont need to go out for any buying or purchase.
Dislikes
- The environment some outsiders come in university and fight.
- And the second thing i dislike is the food of mess.
Remarks :
I met with an accident and thats why i got late for all entrance exams and this was the only university which was accepting admissions that time and without entrance exams so thats the main reason i choose it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
We are provided with the curriculum activities beforehand the semester starts and all the things are done systematically in the college. And faculty is very cooperative and humble towards the students.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship are only done with our choice and we ourselves have to find beat advocate for doing interns .they also did not teach much because college doees not support in this on their behalf. This is the main reason
Placement Experience :
When i joined the University no placement opportunities were there but now as time passed new dean came he started to make students academic visits in court and now placements opportunity are likely yo take place in future.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fee structure is of 1 lakh but the students who scores more in 12th class are given concession based on their percentage. My percentage was 70% in 12 th class thats ehy my annual fee is 85000 per year.
Campus Life :
University and campus life is so amazing annually tech fests and law fests are held annually for welfare of the students and they freshn the mind of student due to different activities that fresh mind of student.

Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
