I am interested in how any product is mad e and how to launch any product in the market .what are the different processes and challenges.So for that purpose the course is good and so it contains some management subjects which gives you a good exposure.
Course curriculum is good.The faculties are so good .The exams are moderately difficult .The faculties are well qualified and have nice experience of teaching and most of the faculties are from IITS so they are intelligent.
The internship providing companies come in third year and after third year you have to do a internship which gives you a industrial exposure and the period of this internship is 2 months and in eighth sem full sem internship is there
Placement of COEP is good .Many companies come here for placements .The eligibility criteria varies from 6 to 7 cgpa .The avg package is around 10 lpa and many it companies,finance companies and automobile companies come here.
Tusion fee is 150000 Dev.fee is 50000 for me as I have admitted through all India quota.Students having reservations may get scholarships and the fees of minority students is about 5 to 10 thousand only
Campus of COEP is very nice.There are two parts of it south campus and north campus.COEP is in main Shivaji Nagar city so many bridges go from above college.There is a Mula mutha river bank and it has its specialty the boat club
Yes I have opted for hostel .The hostel is also good and the mess is also good .The hostel fees is aprox 50k and mess bill comes around 4K per month. So in comparison to pune cities other hostel it is nice and affordable
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
