The infrastructure is really nice. The good aspect of college is that it provides you internships, placement, all the facilities are nice however the bad thing is that the placement they provide is of low salaries and mostly in CTC. Mostly professors doesn't help you with resources, you have to hunt it yourself. However some professors do help. The sports facilities are not really good for non sport people. Rest everything is very nice. To get addmission, you have to clear CUET which is an mcq based test and based on the scores, cut offs are released.
Faculties are nice for explaining things, however some of the time, it could be possible that you have to hunt the resources by yourself. The course structure is nice and elaborated. I chose psychology because I love this subject and this college has good connections as well as faculty for psychology. Exams are conducted every 6 months i.e. semester wise. Internal exams and practical are conducted accordingly.
I've done my internship in lady hardinge medical college, IBHAS, Moolchand hospital and some private clinics. These all are hunted by myself. You can get internships in other field of work but not in psychology.
The placement is nice but don't expect much. To sit in placement you need to atleast have 7 sgpa per semester. Highest package was 7 LPA. 40 percent students got placed last year. If you have good skills for your resume, you're good to go
The fees increases every year. For me, it was 20 thousand in 1st year, 22 thousand in 2nd year and 25 thousand in 3rd year. This is just the course fee. There's a different examination fee. The registration fee is 1000 for general students, 700 for obc, 500 for Sc/St. You're supposed to pay registration fee while applying in Delhi University.
Campus life is good. You can see a lot of variety of people so there's a lot to explore and might help in personality development. Every February, fest season is there in DU. Library has all the books you want, except you might find less fiction books. Classrooms are big and well ventilated in main building. Porta cabins can be too hot for Summers. Sport facility is average for sport people and bad for non sports once. There are a lot of societies that you're gonna love, be it dance, singing, painting, debates, social service, placements etc etc. there's a special society for LGBTQ+ AND NORTH EAST STUDENTS.
There's no hostel in this college. But if you want a hostel go for delhi university. Theye charge quite a hefty amount tho. Also it's in north campus, so it's rather better to stay in a pg or flat with flatmates.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
