Remarks :
My relative told me about this college. I didn't take any test examination for admission, and no interviews. The exams are mid sems, and final sem, I prepared for these exams like not very early.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I thought it had a very good scope. qualification of the faculty is medium and teaching method was not that good in our department (Bsc. Radioy) Every 2 Months after the start of the semester, there were two term exams in four months. After the end of the sixth month was semester exam.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for internship in my home town j&k,In our college there were not any kind of internship opportunities when i was there, but after our batch got passed, there is a complete multi-speciality hospital including diagnostic modalities, which i think there will be the internship opportunities for the ne comers.
Placement Experience :
If you are an excellent student, well cooperative you will get a placement there for teaching. I think one will get about 2-10 lac annual package in private diagnostic centres, depending on the state. My plan is to study for msc radiology or to go abroad for job purposes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees is 133000 including 73000 rs. tution fee and 60000rs. hostel fee. 15000rs. Registration fee. No other charges like admission fee, caution fee, development fee, lab fee, compulsory charges. Scholarship is for punjab resident students. And other students can apply for NSP scholarship if they have the annual family income of less than 16000rs.
Campus Life :
No particular fest, but the religious festivals of all indian religions are celebrated. Every type of books available in the library for each department. Few sports grounds are available to play anytime.
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality was fair, menu is very good. Registration process you will get in 2 days. And hostel fee is 5000rs./ month I had rented a pg room at Khannah 3 kilometres away from college, and then i had rented another flat at Mandi 2 kilometres away from college.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
