I wrote CUET exams which will be conducted every year by NTA. I have scored 546 out of 700. I kept my preferences in Delhi University, I got admission into this college. This is my 10th preference I kept. I'm happy for getting admission into this college. The course I got is Arts with combination of economics and history. I'm happy that I got into the economics, it is my favorite subject.
I took Bachelor of Arts because my aim is to become an IPS officer which helps me in further competitive exams. Our college had a systematic curriculum which we will be make in the starting of year. According to it, we will do our exams schedule , classes , programs. We will complete our internals before one month of our semester which can helps us to prepare for that. We will get an idea on every subject before preparation holidays. Our college had excellent faculty too.
My friends got into the internship from our college, they are in good position in their life. They are stable to themselves in their life. They had 6 to 8 lakh package. They are now financially stable in their life. They can get into big position with their experiences of internship.
Our college had a society called placement cell where students get opportunity to explore into the world of interns. Our BCom students had great idea on internships. They conduct interaction programs with high qualified people who are into this field .
In my first year I paid 27,846rs and in my second year it was 29,505rs. This amount includes everything like fee, tuition, trips etc,. We will pay fee in the beginning of our semester exams while filling exam form, it will be around 1000 to 1500.
I like my college because it had better infrastructure compare to other colleges. Our college had facilities like cafeteria, AC, gardening structure, play ground , badminton court. Our college had societies where students can explore in different ways. There are few societies which I'm aware of those raga society it is of dance, placement cell, women development cell etc,.
I haven't applied for hostel. But my friends are staying in hostel. I heard everything in positive way on hostel life. Food, infrastructure was good. Students get interacted and they will have programs, trips .
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
