This college is among the top colleges of Mumbai in engineering. As I couldnt apply to IIT, this was a better choice. The placement is also very well in this college if you perform well. Cut-off is quite high of this college cause of good ranking.
The faculty is too helpful in academics. They dont burden you with anything except attendance. The labs were also equipped good enough to perform experiments. The course cover all subjects from electronics and telecommunication.
There is no complusion for internship in this college and no internships are provided through this college. If you want to do one you have to find it from outside and you also have to make sure to attend 75% of classes no matter what.
I got a placement in Reliance with a 4Lpa package. From mass hiring to quality companies everyone comes to the campus its upto you how you perform in the interviews and selection rounds. JP Morgan, EY, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Atos, Accenture are companies to come in this college every year for hiring.
I applied through merit after completing my diploma. As i had a good percentage I got admission in the first round itself. I was in General quota so I had to pay my full fees. There is no donation, you need a good merit.
This college doesnt has a ground. It a 6 floor building with canteen at the ground floor. The library is at 1st floor and it is one of the best libraries. It has books for students of all branches. Sports is non existent in this college.
There is no facility for hostel. You can go find it outside of college. The canteen is quite costly hence I would suggest to eat from the vendors in front of Mithibai. The canteen food is very much average. You will surely find better options outside.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
