Likes
- The infrastructure of the college is awesome. The big campus and modern designs of building gives very elegant vibes for studing in DU.
- Every Faculty member wheather it is teaching staff or non teaching staff they all are very corporative and helps or guide you whenever you need.
Dislikes
- The time schedule for the class in college is very hectic as sometimes there are very much gap between 1 class to another. And because of this we have to be in the college till evening wheather sometimes it feels very unnecessary to stay there when classes got cancelled due to any reason.
- Room numbers alloted to teachers for different subject classes are frequently keeps changing which creates much confusion.
Remarks :
I had come to know about the college from the internet sources. And the reviews of students for this college attracts me to take admission in the college. After the admission, I experience that the teaching and non teaching staff of college is very cooperative and guides you whenever you need.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always wanted to work in corporate sector for which I had choosen my bachelors degree in commerce [B.Com.(Hons.)].this course is currently giving me the exposure of how corporate sector workers and also helps me to be job ready in corporate world.
Placement Experience :
Catalyst , the placement cell helps in the placement of students from the college, the criteria for participation in career fair is very simple and elegant. All those students who are in there 3rd or 4th year (final year students) can participate or student who are have different certificates in various courses or diplomas can also participate and the students having speciallization in any field can freely apply.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I had payed ? 270 as registration fees, and ? 15390 as my annual fees which includes tuition fees, caution fees, admission fees, lab fees, development fees, and other compulsory charges. This fees is for B. Com. (Hons.) student in Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, university of delhi.
Campus Life :
Vyavsaay the commerce society, the best society in the college for the students who belongs to commerce background. Also this society gives exposure for work fields in commerce which helps the students to build their job profile more relevant.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
