- The college has a great reputation over the area. Rest there is nothing to like about it . Infrastructurally it is well equipped but we get literally no time to explore it all.
Dislikes
- The management of the campus is literally a mess. The don't feel about the students if they are in some need or like if they want to get help
Remarks :
The only reason to choose this university was it was close to Highway and has the reach to airports and stations as well. So for us to come from the other states it becomes easier for us. We had group discussions earlier too
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason to choose this course is that I have done my diploma in nursing so I had to obligedly go through this course. The curriculum has been maintained by the college from the day 1 . The proper exams tests labs routine postings all the things have been designed In a good way . The faculties in our college are somehow coperative but there are few teachers who don't talk in a good way and pretend like they own the university.
Internships Opportunities :
No we have nothing to be offered by the university as there is no any placement team that comes to the university for the placement of the nursing students and it feels very bad that every other course is offered in campus job opportunities but we are not.
Placement Experience :
There is no campus placement for our course and it's really sad that nursing is the only course in which there is no placement offered in the campus as we too deserve some relaxation to be placed in campus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our yearly fee is Rs 70000 and it was to be completed before our first year exam. But when we were about to complete the first year fees we were asked to complete the second year fee as well and it was soo much disturbing because we could not afford the two year fee in a single installment.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is no less than a zoo. No interactions no social life . You are only obliged to attend classes and nothing more. If you do anything else you are either marked absent or you will be failed in the exams .
Hostel Facilities :
I am not a hostleer so I can not tell you the experience of the hostel . I have been living on my own as we have taken a pg outside the university campus and we are living there from 2023 and we feel comfortable there rather than in a hostel

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
