No I didn't face any GDs or Interviews or Written Tests for admission. I got admission based on my JEE Percentile which was greater than 90%ile. I chose this college as I wanted to live in the hostel and have a great environment different from my home in Mumbai
The facilities are very experienced at teaching and the curriculum is up to power with other colleges. There is a schedule uploaded for the whole year at the start of an academic year. That timetable is followed strictly and is great for planning tickets to travel back to our home during vacations
I haven't tried getting an internship and my college does not provide any internships. It allows internships only from certain companies and they should be approved by our college. It should have been better in such a college.
There are campus placements and job opportunities the highest placement was 55 Lacks and the median might fall around 4-5 lacs. The companies come but most of them are lower than 6 lacs. If our University includes more companies this might improve.

There are many clubs in various fields you can join. The campus is great and the weather is nice. There are people from various places and backgrounds and courses so there is a lot of root to interact with people.
I have opted for the hostel, the mess isn't good but acceptable. Depends on your taste. The other accomadations are good. The wardens are like our parents. We get a Triple Sharing hostel in our first year, single room hostel in our 2nd and 4th year and double sharing room in our 3rd year.
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
