- Campus is amazing, sports ground is huge
- Infrastructure in North campus is good but average in south campus
Dislikes
- Hostel is not easy to get for bth boys and girls
- Infrastructure is poor as compare to other colleges
Remarks :
Good- enviornment is nyc and overall college is good. Bad - placement is all good for cse, IT and ece only Addmission process - apply for jac Chandigarh councilling there will be 5 rounds including spot round councelling and on the basis of jee score a person can get addmission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Biotech have scope in future and in foreign countries biotech is growing fast, however in this particular institute biotech faculty is good bt do not reply on college for placement and facilities are good.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship till now, but one of my friend have applied and he is doing good in that and getting monthly stipend of 26500 ruppee and u can opt intership on your own by applying off campus.
Placement Experience :
Campus placement is good avg package for cse is 8-9 lpa cse, it and ece can get good placement but negligible core branch placement is available biotech, electrical branch and mechanical branch have low placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure is basically like semester wise, 40 percent of yearly fees have to be submitted by start of odd semester and rest of the fees is to be submitted by the start of even semester and except that 5000 addmission fee is also needed to be submitted yearly
Campus Life :
Social life is good, Chandigarh is a good place to hangout, in Feb and March annual fest is occur which is goonj, library is huge and many books are available, mostly sports facilities are available, and groups and clubs according to intrest are also available
Hostel Facilities :
Mess is good but hostel is not good, average government college washrooms and rooms are provided 8 hostel for boys and 10 hostels for girls are available for whole university although hostel fees is very low 10000 ruppee for whole year.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Placements are average on comparison with other private colleges around here Highest package this year - 11.3Lpa The teachers help very much in placements and internship . The TPC cell of the college is dead for their work

Placement Experience :
The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
