- I like the college faculties and the campus. It's quite peaceful.
- The infrastructure are awesome and local peoples are very good.
Dislikes
- The weather is very humid and very difficult to survive in summer.
- The sports facilities are not good , especially the grounds for football and cricket are not upto the mark.
Remarks :
It is the third most chosen AIIMS in India and has the best facilities and a large patient load next to AIIMS New Delhi. The facilities are well maintained and more new buildings are being build to shift the administration block .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course as I had dreamt to become a doctor and this is one of the best medical colleges in India. Luckily I qualified in the NEET exam with good marks to get a seat in this prestigious college. The faculties are very well skilled and helps in every aspect of life like emotional, social and behavioral.
Internships Opportunities :
During internship the institute pay around 30000 as stipend for the work offered to the hospital. Its the institute which pay you this stipend and there is no scope for other private companies to pay during this period.
Placement Experience :
MBBS has no campus placements. During internship around 30000 is being given a stipend and after that you have to clear NEET PG to get a seat for post graduation. After mbbs one has to register in state council and serve in any government or private hospitals.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The above mentioned fees is for the whole course of 5.5 years. It includes all the expenses of tution fees, gym fees , exam fees except the professionals which require extra 40-50 rupees, sports fees etc. Mess fees is not included in it . You have to pay the mess fees in a monthly basis or daily basis extra depending on what you eat.
Campus Life :
Chiasma is the annual fest organised in this college where all events like sports, cultural and literary events take place and also pro nights where popular Singers , bands , DJs etc are invited for enjoying the event. The Library has a wide collection of books however it's a little small for people to read there , but one can take the book home and read.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes they have provided hostel and is compulsory to take it. There is separate hostel for the first year for a ragging free campus and then shifted to a new hostel thereafter. The hostel for first year for girls is a little old and has some defects.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
