I heard the placement were decent. I didn't face any interviews or discussion rounds however we've to wrote either COMEDK or KCET exams, if you're not from karnataka or doesn't satisfy any of KCET clause, you have to go for COMEDK.both are MCQ exams. For COMEDK you just have to focus on speed of solving the questions as the questions difficulty is lower that JEE mains. And for KCET it's more of your 12,11th class syllabus of NCERT. Kcet exams are on paper whereas the comedk exams are on computers . The cutoff for ECE in my college go around 3K for ECE 0.5-2K for CSE and related brances for COMEDk, the rankings differ from year to year and can't be predicted much. The good aspect of our college is the facilities, Exposure and of course lifestyle, placements are decent, the bad side would be placements are not tht good and its bad for lower branches. There are less core companies and more IT companies, and the fest is not that good, plus 85+ attendance .
Faculty is decent here, some are actually good and others are well educated, have knowledge but laxk explanation sometimes, however the faculty is mostly friendly except the electronic branches. The faculties are well qualified. There are two internal exams CIE 1 and 2 which are easy, and there is one sem end examination at end of every semester which has moderate difficulty if you've studied.
There is one small internship in the end of 1st year called skill lab in which they teach you some skills after for sem end exams and it's in our college itself, some teacher comes and teachea you the topic you opted for. You've to depend on your own for internships and projects and to write research papers. The faculty will help you through this and also help you publish these research papers.
There is on campus placements, these placements are okay okay, average package would be around 5-7 lakhs per year but for lower branches, I'm talking everything that comes after ETE, ECE and EEE has low placement rates and salary. Companies like samsung, Nvidia, oracle visit the campus but doesn't recruit much, around 20-30 students combined. Percentage of students getting places in ECE is around 20% on campus and it's better for other IT branches around 50-60%. It's also because people take higher studies rather than placements, placements in core electronics is really hard and there are not many on campus opportunities. My plan after getting degree would be to apply for on campus as well as off campus placements.
For students entering through COMEDK exams(like me) there is no scholarship as such in my knowledge until you apply for some government or defence scholarships if applicable, like for me, my father is in air force so i get around 20000 per year, also the fees for 1st year(at time of admission) is around 3 lakhs due to 20-30K special lab fees(a small internship program), and otherwise it remains around 2.7-3 lakhs, for Management Quota, the donations depends on branch,as much as I've heard, for ECE it's around 15 lakhs and for CS it's around 40-50 lakhs, also it can be reduced if you've scored decent in your COMEDK exams, with this donation you also have to pay the normal fees as well, so 10-50 lakhs of 1 time payment and then COMEDK fees. Now other category of students come from KCET exam, the fees for them is around 80000 and can be reduced to 20-30K with government scholarships, but for KCET you've to be from Karnataka or you can check clauses on the KCET website.
The fest was conducted last year which had DJ and stuff but mostly kannada songs, doesn't makes sense to me. Also it happens anywhere between june - november. Library is nice, they have books but not fictional books, if you really want to study, there are lots and lots of books. Sports and extracurricular activites are good, you've different clubs and also tech fest which includes lots of competition and events conducted by the clubs. You've gym, badminton court, basketball court, tennis court in our college. There are many clubs like GDSC(google developer student club) , Stardust(club about rovers and rockets) , editha(for drones), and other drama and dance clubs, car racing clubs and a lot.
Food in mess is not good like all other mess, there is a menu they follow, there is breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. The hostel fees is around 1 lakhs, other hostels outside of college has fees around 1.8-2 lakhs. You've to register for college hostel just after admission to get it. If you get late, you minght not get it. I like in a PG and it costs me around 11K including mess per month, locality is okaish but not that great, there are small houses and looks like you mixed a village and a town. However the hostel experience is good and you'd make a lot of friends there.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
