As I was living in Mumbai, so I wanted a college nearby so that I can visit my parents on weekly or maybe monthly basis so I also wanted to take that college which provides a authority of hundred percent placement and has a great past performance placement wise, so I went through Google and other browsers search for best Private engineering colleges in Mumbai and I got Amity Mumbai as a top preference if you want to do BTech CSE in Mumbai and looking for a great placement opportunity as I am also, a sports enthusiast. I also wanted a campus with a great sports infrastructure so that I can continue my fitness journey and continue my career in my favourite sports and Amity has a great infrastructure as well in terms of sports, our studies, spaces and hostels where we live are amazing and affordable And terms of pricing in Mumbai. I was asked my CBSE 12th score and JEE score and how to prepare a one to 2 minute self introduction video for admission in University, Mumbai
I chose the course because even my sister has passed her graduation from Amity University Jaipur and has done BTech CSE and has grabbed a great placement and is settled in Dubai and earning really well, and I was keen enthusiast of coding since my 10th itself. So the faculties are highly educated and are having super experience and some are IITians And help us a lot Most of the securities have done PhD in their specific subjects and the teaching infrastructure and Amity University. Mumbai is amazing. As all of the class consist smart boards. Projectors and most of the labs are equipped with well upper desktops which should run really smoothly. The teaching methods thus increase with the provided facilities on the college in two times. Exam is being conducted one as the midterm exam which is conducted after a month of starting of that particular and Anto exam. The difficult level is around 4 out of 5, but the teachers over here are so humble and their experience
I have opted for internship, but I had to apply from online platforms like LinkedIn and Internshala. No internships have been provided by my college. so if you want to grab internship necessary to build your resume, then you have to do hard work by yourself by finding an good internship
These guys provide hundred percent placement and job opportunities and big companies like IBM Tata Adani Airtel, Capgemini, Infosys and many more come for campus placement Drive so the average placement varies from 4 to 5 lakhs, and the highest has been 33 lakhs so most of the profiles for BTech CSE were a non-tech profiles and the number of tech profiles were bit less this year, so we take example this year Capgemini came and they gave on package of 3 to 4,00,00 for a non-tech employee and give a tech employee, which was a developer position. A package of 6 to 7 lakhs a year. My plans after getting the degree would definitely be grabbing good placement from here so that I can be financially stable and then would be looking for good opportunities after I get placed.
The tuition fee yearly is approx three lakhs and semi wise is 1.5 lakhs approx. If you have good percentage while getting admission to this college, you would be provided with some scholarship which is either 25%, 50% or hundred percent scholarship as per your jee marks, or your CBSE 12th results, this scholarship is just provided for the very first year of the course, and if you want to continue the scholarship, there are some scholarship criteria where you have to score around eight or 8.5+ CGPA. every year the fee is getting increased by 7000 every year and if you want to complete the course, which is a four years course, you would have to pay around 10 to 11,00,000 approx as your tuition fee.
Life campus is amazing. The sports infrastructure is amazing. As I am a sports enthusiast. I love playing cricket and badminton. We have a cricket code, badminton code, basketball court, tennis court of football ground everything inside the campus. It’s 50 acre campus, maybe 50 acre sports campus and social life is also amazing. We have different clubs, like singing, club acting club, dancing club and many more and the sports faculties are amazing. They take initiative by taking parts and other university sports leagues, same goes with dance club, singing clubs. Even these guys participate a lot in other universities, competitions and grab positions. Every department has their own fest so every month you would be occupied with a fest or another so the engineering department has their fest named technicia , The biotechnology department has their first name, Amibiome and so on The main fest is at the ending of an even sem, which is called aminova Where Superstar are invited
Yes, I have opted for a hostel. So these guys provide hostel two types one is AC and one as long as I have opted AC for the first year and now currently I am in my third year so I have opted for a non-hostel so AC hostel cost, 1,30,000 for a year and non-AC hostel cost 80,000 for a year and in this Fee, the Mess fee is included so if you want to have food, either, you can pay and eat in cafeteria. We have two cafeteria one is below the girls hostel which is MRC cafeteria and the other one is below boys hostel which is a cafeteria and despite of these two cafeteria, we have other food outlets as well like MRC, fast food cafe blossom Dosa plaza And WOKHONG. So if you want to opt for Mess, they will be providing food four times a day which would be breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and the fee for Mess monthly basis would be 4500 .the hostel is inside the campus itself. and taking hostel is better as if you are opting for any PG or you want to rent a flat then it’s around 6 km of drive

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
