- One thing I love about this campus is it's so huge 1200 acres and I can just chill in campus after lectures.
- And the other thing would be the people and fests which encourages talent, knowledge and different cultures.
Dislikes
- One thing I dislike is the mess food coming from south I like spicy food and here the way of cooking is little different.
- Other this that I don't like would be fests just before exams time.
Remarks :
The first and foremost reason I chose this college is that it's a good NIT witha decent nirf ranking. The placements are better as compared to other private universities and according to my jee mains rank I chose Electronics and communication branch in this college. College admission is based on your JEE mains rank and through josaa and csab counselling one can apply for this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In my branch (electronics and communication engineering) there are nice opportunities for placement and career it's a very interesting branch to choose. The faculty are very well experienced and full of knowledge. Professors are very supportive.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't applied for any internship yet but there many internship opportunities for core and non core as well. The stipend is also pretty nice. Internships and research are mainly based on projects , cv, online tests and the interviews.
Placement Experience :
The placement pretty good as compared to other private universities. Placement rate is nice. Te average package is also nice. One can get job easily if they prepare well. There are so many opportunities and companies visiting the college. Even by chance of you don't get any on campus placement i can still try for off campus placement and higher studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the first sem the total fees was 1,25,000rs as there was emergency fund and caution fee included. But after that from the 2nd sem it was 1,00,000 rs. Tution fee is 62,500rs. Hostel rent is 5,000rs. Medical fee is 2,000rs. Mess fee is around 30,000 it varies every year based on the caterer. Remaining is for student activity and other fees.
Campus Life :
The campus life is just great ot definitely reached my expectations. The fests and hackathons here are very nice and you get to enjoy them very well. You just have to know how to balance with the academics. I get to see different people for different places of world not only india it is very nice to know about other cultures and languages.
Hostel Facilities :
There are three girls hostels in the campus and i have chosen Kms Hall of residence it has 2 sitter and 4 sitter rooms I have opted 4 sitter room. Hostel is pretty decent. And the mess is average according to my taste it's a little bland.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Placement Experience :
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
