Remarks :
I choose dit university because of strong reputation in engineering education, modern infrastructure and good placement. the admission process straight forward and merit based through jee and board exam. the good aspects of college include excellent faculty, lush green campus and supportive policies. the bad aspect slightly rising fee structure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose b.tech cse because of my interst in tech and coding and the course carriculum at dit university is well structured and practical exposure. the faculty members are highly qualified with most holding m.tech from iits. the term exam were conducted on time every semester.
Internships Opportunities :
yes dit university provides good internship opportunities through its training and placement cell. many students get internship in companies like infosys , tcs, wipro ,adobe with role software development . some internship are paid ranging between Rupees 5000 to 20000 per month and some are unpaid.
Placement Experience :
placement in dit is fairly good for engineering and managment course . the eligibility for placement require at least 60% throughout academics with no backlogs. top recurities like tcs,wipro,infosys, amazon. the highest package went above Rupess 25 lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total tution fee for b.tech cse at dit is around rupees 15 lakhs for 4 year sarting at Rupees 4 lakh in first year and increasing slightly each year. additional charge include one time admission fee Rupees 10000 , caution money Rupees 5000 refundable and hostel & mess charge range Rupees 1,43 lakh per year. university offer 26% tution scholarship for uttrakhand students.
Campus Life :
Life at dit university is vibrant and engaging with balance of acedemics and social activites. the campus club like coding ,cultural and photography club. the annual fest youthopia is conducted in every november and sphurti sports event during march . sports facilities like cricket, football, badminton encourage physical activities.
Hostel Facilities :
yes i opted for hostel at dit and overall experiance was good . the hostel infrastructure is modern with clean rooms , wifi , 24/7 security. the mess provide balance diet with rotating menu while food is decent .for those who prefer mussorie road and green valley have many pgs and flats but hostel is more convinent

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
