I wanted to serve as a doctor so i decided to be a physiotherapist and I gave entrance in Jamia Millia Islamia also but the cutoffs were too high and unexpected in BPT. Criteria for JAMIA HAMDARD - 50% in individual subjects (PCB stream in 11th and 12th) - Student have must written NEET examination - Cut-off were almost 400/720 to be selected (you can expect to be selected of u scored 300)
Qualification of the faculties are Masters in physiotherapy or Phd. And they are experienced teachers, some of them teaching their for last 20 years. Their teaching methods are very good they explains everything so easily and they are very friendly and approachable. We have to give only final exams in May with 3 sessionals with a 2.5 months gap.
If you opted for government hospitals they will give you like 30,000 per month but you will gain experience and it will be better for your future to work in some known hospitals otherwise private clinics offers you a good amount of income in starting like 40,000 to 50,000 but they will expect alot from you. There's one more option to start your own practice and then there is no limit for that, you can charge 3k/session. Depends on your skills.
Eligibility criteria are skills with decent marks, for physiotherapist there are famous hospitals which offers placements like Fortis Escorts, Apollo and many other hospitals in Delhi. You can also choose to continue practice in India or abroad. There's high percentage of students getting placements in reputed companies

Some of my friends opted for Hostels and it's fine if you want to live in hostel otherwise food quality and other facilities are just average. Hostels are easily available but it's a little expensive. PGs are easily available with affordable prices but rented rooms are expensive otherwise you can share with colleagues.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
