I had no other choice to go with at that moment I couldn't let my one year be waisted therefore I enrolled there. There were neither test nor interview when I took admission. However interested candidates must have required score in 12th to get admission any course, score vary as per respected course.
Fees was just not affordable but also reasonable because of the ambience of the college. Whenever semester used to start teachers were either not allotted or on leave which used to drive us crazy. When teachers would return we would miss the class intentionally. Well, there were few teachers whose I respect the most because of their teaching methods they believe in practical leaning Rather than theoretical learning. Exams were always on time and I never look into financial assistance options because of affordable fee (6080)
I wasn't interested in internship and all. I never perticipated nor known anyone who perticipated. Well I head once for a internship which were involved in course and jail matter survey kind of things.
Well the degree I persuated has no placement option. I'd like to say, almost non of the courses were designed for placement, most of the courses were topical formal studies which can't support for placement in today Era. However after graduation I got the job at bpo sector and my graduation degree helped me stand for the interview.
There were a lot of festivals which names I'm unable to recall at the moment however they were amazing and ful of energy. I personally perticipated in mister fresher compatition. These were N number of compition and club were available to perticipate such as chess, dance and modeling etc. there were no hostel options available while i was in there.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
