First of all this government college so campus placements are good than most of the private engineering colleges and specially fees are very less compared to other engineering colleges so its affordable
So first of all I have chosen Electronics and Telecommunication course because I wanted to gain knowledge about both core and IT sector so I feel Electronics is best branch for it now if we talk about faculties then faculty: student ratio I must say its good because in just 1st year we have 5different maths teachers for 5different branches and same goes for physics and chemistry (energy &environment) so its too good because teachers have eyes on every single student throughout the semester If we talk about teaching method the I have to say its average because teachers couldn't complete the syllabus in 1st sem although our 1st sem is of 3months and terms exams are being conducted by University so and its very hard no matter how many lessons were covered in our college university question paper based on whole syllabus and its very difficult for clearance in last year almost 50- 60% students have atleast 1 back in their term exam so you have to study hard for term exams
There are high chances for internship also as a 1st year student I don't know much about Internship but as I hear from seniors that they talk about if you didn't get the placement you will definately get chance for internship stipends is little less but you get the chance to work in big companies
This college have a good placement ratio I must say average and also this have special department for placements and we are eligible for placements after 6th semester and varieties of companies visits this college for placements like Adani, TCS tech mahindra, wipro , infosys, capgemini, cognizant etc &lot more total intake of this college is said to 300 but including DSY and reserved categories its gone 350-380 and for that By 2022 placement report total 387+ offers get for placement and 221+ students were placed in college campus only and the placement ratio is also very good highest 63 students were placed from Electrical branch followed by 58 from CSE and 46 from ETC. The major companies in placements are Wipro & TCS wipro intakes 84 students that of 55by TCS
So total fees of including tution fees, development fees,University exam fee ,etc the total fees for general category is 28315rs this college also have concessions for different categories with respect to their category for Scholarships this college have special department for it and they dedicately helps you to get scholarships and this college have all scholarships mentioned by state government
So first of all if we talk about clubs and associations then this college have many clubs in it like basic dance , drama, music club after that Codaxian Robotics, Astronomy club, GDSC etc and lot more which are single handedly run by students no faculty involvement in it with all these clubs this college have different association for different branches for ex. ETSA, COMSA etc and these clubs and association arranges lots of webinars tech fest for ex. ETC arrange its tech fest called Horizon in march with all these College have special national level tech fest called ADHYAYA in month of february this college also have sports activity there are university sports held in starting of year around september as well as its own a big sports event called Sfoorti which includes around 18 sports with all these college also have anual function called Oranz which have dance and music with all these things college also celebrates Ganesh chaturthi , Navratri, Holi etc which have special events
One thing I hate about the college is its hostel mess which I must say is very bad although hostel is good it have only 9 sits per branch for boys and 5 of them are for reserved categories and only 4sits for general per branch and for girls only 5sits per branch we have to live 2 boys per room
So there is no Group discussion or interviews to pass to get admission in this college for the admission firstly you have to pass board exams and must have to get enough percentile in MHT-CET exam this college have a little high cutoff for CET exam percentile. MHT-CET exam is just like Jee-Mains But less tough compared to it
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
