My College Deshbandhu has one of the best faculty for Hindi and that's the most important reason for choosing this College. My College has different societies in which I have participated. Overall this college has a great environment for the overall development of a student I didn't face any GD or Interview or any written test for admission as it was merit-based admission. There was a cut-off that we had to cross using our board result.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course name is Hindi Honours. It's the best of all the colleges at Delhi University. we have a semester system. In each semester subjects are so helpful for our life too. Teachers and professors are so helpful and teach us in such a way that we get a deep knowledge of our subject. every 4 to 6 months we have our semester exams. our professors are mostly Ph.D. the difficulty level of exams is moderated. There is no fee hike There are some scholarships too for underprivileged students and financially poor students.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, there is an internship cell that comes under the placement cell. so under that society, I had a chance to do an internship in computer basics.nd such types of internships are so common in college. It's best for this. I was not getting a stipend but I got a certificate
Placement Experience :
Placement is also so well. I don't know the exact thing as I am not interested in placement. Mostly in our course students are preparing for UPSC or other competitive exams. but there is a social for placement and the placement cells are so active that they used to call companies.
Campus Life :
Our College fest's name is SABRANG and mostly it happens in March or April. Our college library is the best out of Delhi university College. It has a variety of books. The classroom has 3 fans 3 bulbs nd chair table for teachers and a lot of benches for students.in our College many sports are there like cricket volleyball chess badminton NSS NCC Yoga and many more. There are so many clubs as well. like stage players. Tibre Street players. sahitya parishad and many more. we don't have any hostel but in the college, there are so many PGs hostels rooms flats so it's not a different thing to get a room beside the college.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
