- I like the structure of the college and the buildings. And overall campus is so beautiful and eye catching.
- Faculties are always there to help you in anything. They are best teachers I guess.
Dislikes
- Overall campus is good but there is a problem in building which is colours . They should colour it to look it more new and fresh.
- Some times in college faculty are more rude after being asked some information. Only some faculties not all.
Remarks :
I have searched for best colleges in chattisgarh and then I found my college which mentioned good studies and placements in it so I decided to do my studies from here . No , I have spot admission because I have been late in admission time
Course Curriculum Overview :
Every thing was good but we are students which faces corona so classes and exams are going online till third semester . After that we did ofline classes. This college has better staff and teachers. They are excellent in teaching
Internships Opportunities :
No I have cracked any internship in my college. And also college is not providing so many oppertunity. But now corona is gone completely and layoffs are now stopped so I think now college may provide oppertunities .
Placement Experience :
Overall, SSGI offers decent placement and internship opportunities for its students. Many students find internships in reputable companies, gaining valuable experience in their fields. The college's placement cell works diligently to connect students with job opportunities, resulting in a satisfactory placement rate. However, some students feel that more industry connections and career guidance workshops could further enhance the placement process. Nonetheless, SSGI provides a supportive environment for students to kickstart their career. But due to corona and layoffs our batch not got such placements. So we decided to do some training and getting job.
Campus Life :
Because of the corona I haven't enrolled in college hostel. But my juniors are telling me it is best for them . The hostel food is not so bad but not so good it is average. College organizes so many events to enjoy college life . There is this event called pratham which is organised by college and conducted by CSE students. That was so enjoy full. And college organizes cricket matches called Abhishek Mishra memorial Cup (AMMC) which have three teir . In First tier There are corporate match any corporate organisation can be part of match . Second one for faculties. And the third one for students. So cricket lovers will be so happy in my college. As well as other events are enjoyable. But due to corona we haven't enjoyed SAMVID which is the biggest fest/event of college. The college Library have all the needed books in it and have better management. You can study there any time you want. Yeah and I rented room nearby college in deendayal colony which is affordable for everyone.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
