- The faculties of the college is very good and cooperates with students
- The fee structure is good and is equivalent to any other private college of chhattisgarh
Dislikes
- Their are not a lot of clubs available and it's difficult to find.
- There isn't anything else that I don't like about this college
Remarks :
The admission is based on the score of JEE mains or the CGPET exam only. There are no group discussions or interviews taken. The Shri Shankaracharya group of institutions is considered one of the best colleges of Chhattisgarh.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is based on the guidelines provided by CSVTU although this is a private college its syllabus is the same as all the other colleges afflicted by CSVTU. The facilities are provided and scholarship for ST SC and OBC is also given based on government guidelines.
Internships Opportunities :
The faculties help the students to get enrolled in various internships and also they are very cooperative with the students. The Hotel and other government-based platforms are introduced by the teachers to the students for internship and certification courses.
Placement Experience :
The Shri Shankaracharya group of institutions has a nice record of placement and every year many companies come here for recruitment companies like Vedanta, Mahindra, TCS, Mindtree, and many other big companies also come where some startups also come for placement.
Campus Life :
Life is good there are many clubs created by the students under the guidance of faculty every year. The newly joined students can join any of the clubs based on their interests. The books are available in the library in enough amount for all the students. The hostel facility is also available.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
