Likes
- Faculty is good and supportive, regularly co curricular activities are held, students seniors are also helping in every aspect of college needs.
- Different types of technical and non technical talks are held frequently for students self growth and motivation. Principal has a good supervision over teachers, everything academic is Punctual.
Dislikes
- The college management is dumb at all, they are a great failure in maintaining the decorum and good environment for college, also the internal quality assurance cell seems to have no favour of students, mob fights in front of college entry gate every alternate day but no one in the administration cares.
- The infrastructure is somehow good but the washrooms in the recently built science block remained close for 2 months causing serious inconvenience.
Remarks :
I got admission on a merit basis in 2021, this college was also chosen by my seniors and they had a good experience over there which made me go with this college as well the rank of the college is significantly improved which is today at Rank 17 among the universities in India.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is well qualified and supportive except for some of the teachers who aren't in a good mood at times, academic punctuality is a solid strength. Various Skill enhancements and ability enhancement courses are also there.
Placement Experience :
Specifically for our course, a very small no. Of companies reach to get students of our course, placements are good for BA hons and BCom hons courses. I'm applying for a masters after my graduation along with preparation for govt exams.
Campus Life :
The locality of the college is very good it is located in the heart of Kalkaji, the nearest metro station is Nehru Enclave, the area is quite expensive but at a distance of 10 mins good and average residence is also available.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
