- I liked the cafeteria region where we have created a lot of memories sitting together,the overall infrastructure is average, faculty are sweet in nature and are very much supportive at my time there is a lack of large groud I can say college have a moderate library where u can study peacefully
Dislikes
- At some point cleanliness of drainage system which I dislike the most ,one faculty at my time was very torchrous and partial in nature and for overall campus it need some more development
Remarks :
I always wanted to study away from my hometown,yes there was a group discussion but there is no interview process and written test for admission,hence it will be an overall easier method to take admission in this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have basically chosen this college in order to study away from my hometown and even after reading the review of this college. Teachers are mostly highly qualified as they all are PhD qualified and even some of them are mastrate qualified . In one semester there is two internal exam and one external exam the difficulty level is moderate and some time high which can be cracked easily with some efforts. Fee policy of this college is somewhat which I don't agree completely as they will demand the fee of last year to pay in the second year in case of three years course ,yes there is a scholarship exam which u have to clear it for discount in ur tution fee .
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not done any intership offered by college and not a single project is also been performed my this college in this particular course,we have just gone for a industrial visit to patanjali haridwar
Placement Experience :
Placement offers are provided by carrier buddy club run by this college which provides several companies in sales and ITsector particularly in my course placement were offered by few companies but they become host company at the end . In my course akkums Pharmaceutical,theta ,Max life had visited but they become host at the end In my course 2.5 lpa was the highest package offered. Approx 30-40% students are placed and most of them are not interested as they wanna persue higher education. After getting the degree I had planned to do intership in my course and later on go for master degree ..
Campus Life :
There are several fest which they organise book fair and many other things specially it occurs in the month of September - October. Sports and other extracurricular activities are happening all the time it totally depends upon the students interst it includes several sports both indoor and outdoor activities. Carrier buddy club is run by this college for placement purpose and several other things which are very active . I have never lived in the hostel but my friend were there girls hostel are quite good both in cleanliness and ventilation wise I have no idea about boys hostel food are avg in quality as per there reviews , registration process for hostel can be done during admission process in which you have to pay the whole amount for 3 month or 6 month and it can be done in installments also , hostel are available for a very affordable prices,I basically leaved in suddhowala dehradun 800 m from college .

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
