- I am little bit disheartened when I came to know that their is no official hostel of this college
Remarks :
You can get admission in shaheed bhagat singh evening college by giving CUET exam . The good aspect about the college is that teachers are very supportive, they free the students early who came from far away and support everyone in their studies. All the teachers are PhDs and expert in their field .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course for preparation of various government job exams.Exams are timely but the result declaration is little late.The teaching style is very unique and some of the subjects are taught in smart classrooms which gives very good understanding about the subjects. You can easily prepare for cuet on YouTube Cost to study is very minimal but living expenses in delhi is high.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes the college provide various internships wether in NGo or corporate. I am currently doing internship in a international geo political firm. The projects given in colleges resembles the real life problems and situation and real time solution which develops are attitude for the real world.
Placement Experience :
Placement is one of the greatest in the south campus . The name of shaheed bhagat singh is famous for its placement. Average package is 5 lakh per annum and highest is 18 lakh per annum. Generally in my course less people take placement because they are preparing for upsc and all.
Campus Life :
Various fest occur in our College. College annual fest Divyaotsav, ncc fest , societies fests and many more. College life is pretty exciting apart from classes you get explore many things . Their are various groups for dance, modelling, arts, upsc, corporate, personality development , photography , NCC ,Ncc and many more

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
