- The classes are well maintained and the principal is trying to improve infrastructure structure day by day. There are various smart classrooms available and library is also well maintained. The canteen is also renovated and the food served is good and pocket friendly.
- The faculty here is very supportive and progressive they guide the students in every aspect of life . They take classes regularly and teach the students the subjects of their domain which helps us to excel in our exams .
Dislikes
- The campus is still under construction which limit the space we can roam around.😭
- The discipline here is very tight and the principal ensures no one roams around or bunks the classes.
Remarks :
This a delhi university college so admission here is subject to seat availability and merit list. But from 2022 cuet exam was introduced for entrance in the university. The cuet score required for this college is 720 for general and varies from 450 to 650 for reservations.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is bachelor of commerce which explains itself. The subjects are of accounting and management. The course delves into teaching students about corporate and management skills. The faculty here us well trained and qualified. Many professors are p.hd in various field and the learning outcome is good.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, i have taken multiple internship and volunteerships. Some are G20,road safety, international mobile congress. Internship in layerrs, gov of india , govshop , Deloitte, enactus, learnX etc. students can easily get them too.
Placement Experience :
The college is known for its good placements and internship opportunities. I myself got volunteership in G20 India 2023. The placements are pretty well , every year Deloitte USI comes for campus recruitment and provides a package of 6.5 lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual charges of the program are nearly ?14, 000- ?15, 000. This sum entails all the pertinent expenses which consists of tuition fees, laboratory fees, library fees and fees incidental to the academic year. Apart from the annual fees there is also the fee for semester examination which is charged separately. Every semester end examination charges ? 1,600 and since there are two semesters in an academic year, the said examination fees has to be paid twice a year hence ? 3,200 per year. This structured fee system makes it possible to provide most of the academic services and facilities to the students in the year. These annual fees are intended to encompass a wide range of academic as well as co-curricular activities enabling the students to avail a holistic education. The semester exam fee, contrary to this, is a fee meant to address the costs that may arise in the process of administering as well as undertaking of examinations.
Campus Life :
Campus life for our batch is not that happening, because a lot of new construction is going on for the improvement of college. The future batches are definitely getting a good infrastructure. The classes are good with good lighting and cleanliness. The canteen is also improved. Various societies are there for students to engage and develop.
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel facility is available in the college. But, the students can opt for pg and rented flats which are available very close to campus. But,the food that pg provides is not up to the mark. Hence, my friends opt for other sources like dhabas or restaurants.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
