- The thing I dislike about my college is that it is all girls college.
Remarks :
It was based on my class 12th result. Due to COVID-19, I didn't have to give a test or walk through an interview. Usually, University of Delhi takes admission now based on CUET but due to COVID that was not the case at my time.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course to gain more knowledge and pursue my career in this field. The faculty is awesome and experienced. Most of the faculties are PhD holders. Exams are held timely and difficulty level is average. The cost to study is minimal.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for any internship. I was so indulged in my studies that I never felt the need to do an internship but now I think I should have done it because it is something very good to gain knowledge and experience.
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are okay because I think usually the companies that come earlier take away all the students and then no such good companies join and those who are left are usually left behind.
Campus Life :
Life at the campus is really good, especially at the times of fests. Fedt season is best at Delhi University, leaving everything behind students rush to attend fests and it's worth it. I didn't opt for the hostel as my college doesn't provide it so there is no experience of a hostel but I do live in a flat and that's a good experience.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
