- See as I had said before the infrastructure of this college is one of the best I'm the region so no complaints about it.
- Faculty is best in the region as i have friends in other colleges as well and they do appreciate the teachers here.
Dislikes
- Disliking something here is difficult but the hot climate of the city is a turn off
- The city has little social life and has least amount of malls and other amenities other than that there are no problems.
Remarks :
This is one of the oldest 4 medical colleges in the state almost 70 years old to be precise. And the education level patient count and management are top-notch with the new hostel facility. I had written NEEE 2021 with a cut off of around 37000-AIR for state quota. Other than the hot climate and underdeveloped city there are no other takeaways.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is the same as RGUHS colleges. Academics is one thing the college is strict about and they don't compromise on this. Faculties are well experienced and best at what they are doing. Scholarships are available is you fall into certain reservations and income categories. However, the fees are far more affordable compared to other private medical institutions.
Internships Opportunities :
Everyone has to do a compulsory internship program for a year in the medical college hospital across all the departments and they are paid well so every doctor must pass through this program which is an experience for life.
Placement Experience :
See after getting mbbs you should not think of job opportunities there is always a shortage of doctors across the globe so you'll get placements. Anyways they will be placed in a housemanship program where they are paid well.
Campus Life :
Campus life is really lively there are 4-5 events per year other than exams in between. Infrastructure is ever-improving on the campus. The hostels are the best in the state and compete with private medical institutions. There is no actual problem with food but the mess has local cuisine followed and it will take time to adjust for students coming from other states. There are multiple libraries and books available from even the 80s so that's never a problem.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
