- The basic thing that i like about my college is the nature surrounded in our college.
- The other thing is that the most of the professors are good in communicating with the students and help them in difficulties.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college i don't like. There is no maintainance of infrastructure.
- The most important thing is women's hygiene. There is no proper facility for girls for washrooms. The washrooms are not clean and the smell is so bad.
Remarks :
I chose this college because it is one of the best colleges in Balata. As compared to others it is good enough to study. I didn't face any group discussions. Interview, or written tests for examination.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The courses available at our college are great. One can pursue any course easily. The faculty is also very good in guiding students and teachers regarding what course will be good enough for a child. The different scholarships have also been provided by the college based on various categories such as percentage in the previous year, caste, religion, needy ones, etc. Also, the fee is 50000 per year in BCom. So it will be easy to handle the installments.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship from the college as there is no facility for any kind of internship. However, I have done several internships from the internshala platform in content writing, digital marketing, graphic designing, template design making and social media marketing.
Placement Experience :
The placement cell is available in our college. As I mostly heard that very less students get placements and job opportunities due to lack of companies which enter in our college. But some get great packages also. I am thinking to go for civil services after me graduation meanwhile i will prefer to go out of punjab.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is good. It is surrounded by nature's beauty. The social life is good as well as ok; based upon the type of friends circle the student in. The infrastructure is ok but i don't like it very much. It is of old type and has not constructed new. Also there is a facility for hostel. I am not in that but i have listen from many that the hostel is good for food quality. The college fest happens every once in year and the societies functions also held in mostly even semesters.

if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.
Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.
