Remarks :
Wilson College is A graded college and for commerce, the cutoff is usually between 80-85..no entrance exam has to be given while taking admission. It is a Christian minority college so more chances are there for Christian students to get early access to seats. For the commerce stream it is a great college but average for the arts stream
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I have an interest in accounts...the BAF faculty is good..with qualified teachers in CA and CS..the exams are taken over a semester vise total of 6 semesters..6 exams and the exam pattern is not very difficult if you attend class regularly you can easily pass. The total course fee is 75000 divided into 3 instalments. There is a scholarship offered as well for students who have financial problems.
Internships Opportunities :
No internship is available with my College.
Placement Experience :
Wilson College does provide placement opportunities in the final year of the course. I plan to start acca after I graduate from BAF. As I am in my last year I am not sure about the percentage of students getting placement
Campus Life :
The famous fest of our college is Ole which is held during December end or start of January. We also have a department fest. We have library access which has all our course books. We have 2 huge playgrounds and Gymkhana for sports . We have wilson social responsibility where we are affiliated with NGOs to get work experience and help needy people. We have a hostel for both girls and boys near our college so people from different states can easily stay and study in our college. Our college is located at Chowpatty, marine lines which is the most famous place in Mumbai.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Average college provide average facilities

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
