- The place and the environment with nice view and greens.
- The social life with students who are always ready to help.
Dislikes
- The buildings being separated a little away can cause trouble during Summers while going from one building to another.
- Reaching the campus can be challenging for the ones who don't own personal vehicle as the public transport which goes to the college, don't cover a large and if it does you still have to walk 1 km to reach the gate.
Remarks :
The college environment is nice with no pollution around and a good atmosphere. The college reviews were nice which I heard from the passed-out students and being situated in Dehradun, the overall living is worth it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is good with all the help you get from teachers. The classes and lectures go well with enough time to rest in between the days. The timed exams with good teachers help us to learn with many interests
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship but the availability of internships is always there. Being in touch with the student councils through WhatsApp groups helps you to be in touch with upcoming internships from renowned companies.
Placement Experience :
The placements after completing a bachelor's degree in science (phy, chem and maths) are close to none as no one expects a placement for a Bsc degree. One can only prepare for higher studies and various exams for employability. But incase of language courses, for which our college is known one can always expect packages from 3-12 LPA.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure is surrounded by enough trees and green, and the atmosphere is soothing with great companionship with other students. The social life is good with all the other students who are always helpful and kind.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
