- The beautiful infrastructure of the campus makes its attractive
- The campus Life including the festivals , book fairs and other events make it more enjoyable.
Dislikes
- Washrooms need to be more hygiene. Cleanliness should be maintained properly
- The air conditioners are required in the classrooms. The fans and desks need to be replaced or repaired.
Remarks :
The quality education that they provided and the type of rich and heritage beautiful campus made my mind to choose this college. Along with the education, cultural activities, sports events, and other seminars are also organized by the college every year regularly.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main reason for choosing this course is to get more knowledge in the field of commerce and business-related programs. The faculty members of Khalsa College are highly educated and qualified teachers. Many of them have cleared the UGC exam and have the PhD degrees in their respective subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
Many internships are provided by colleges to help students get practical knowledge along with theoretical knowledge. The type of internship, the training, and the packages offered depend upon the degree that the student is pursuing.
Placement Experience :
The Khalsa College provides the campus placements to their students. Companies like Wipro, HCl, HDFC Bank, IBM, and ICICI Bank have frequently visited our college for placement offers. The highest package may go to 7-9 lakhs while the minimum is 2-3 lakhs. Many students get placed while others may purse further studies.
Campus Life :
The book fair is organized by the college every year. The youth festivals, baishakhi Mela, and sports events are regularly organized by the college. Further, each department of the college organizes its festivals. The bhangra and jhumar of Khalsa College are World famous.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
