- Infrastructure is very good as u can imagine of looking at the glass structure. Campus is neat and clean
- Campus life is also good with friendly seniors.
Dislikes
- Obviously campus size is small as compared to ones like dtu and all .
- Strictness in attendance and internal marks is diabolical.
Remarks :
This college comes among the better-ranked colleges of GGSIPU in terms of its infrastructure, faculty, placements and most importantly its convenient location providing good connectivity. To get admission you have to give jee mains, to get to know about cutt check the official website of ggsipu admissions. Cutt remains nearly around the same. Coming to the college, the faculty is pretty good and most of them are experienced but they're strict when it comes to attendance and giving internal marks. College societies are active and pretty good. Fests and sports events are held every year (stay and Ranbhoomi). The only horrible part is unlike schools ptm is held in college ????????. Placements solely depends on your skills and performance.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is based on what is prescribed by GGSIPU . Although many people say it's old the new ones also have the same topics and Subjects with a new name so don't worry . Teaching is good and classes are held regularly. Exams are held somewhere around January for the odd semester and June for the even semester.
Internships Opportunities :
You'll be given summer training in college in the field you opt for (obviously paid) and then you can do an internship outside or you can grab one even before it provided you have skills. You cannot expect college to provide internships over here .
Placement Experience :
Placements depend on u and u only, while some of those who just passed 4 years are taken by mass recruiters like TCS for 3L per anum, while those who have skills and communication skills get the wonderful opportunity in companies like ZS, Accenture, Yamaha, Infosys etc. For such people, you may expect around 8-12L per annum.
Campus Life :
Campus life college is good along the Campus of BVIMR, a ground and several food stalls and canteen. Food is good. Nevertheless, u can have several hang-around spots near the college.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
