I have heard so much about this college and that's why I came here. College placement, faculty and campus life are very good here which are the positive aspects of this college. You have to clear the JEE mains after completing schooling and based on the JEE mains score get the college and branch in the college. I did a self-study (studied for 4-5 hours daily) cracked the exam and got the college with my favourite branch.
I chose this course because I am quite good at chemistry and want to explore more about chemical engineering. The faculty is very experienced and teachers in the chemical branch are very helpful and very cooperative and their way of teaching is also good. 2 times exams conducted in a semester (sem and end sem)paper difficulty level is moderate and you have to study hard to clear the exams and get good marks You can get scholarships and loans easily from the college if u have the legit documents.
No, I didn't opt for any internships as a chemical engineering student it's difficult to grab an internship in core companies. In college, many companies come for internships as a software roles, research role, back and frontend etc their stipend is also good and there are many opportunities for getting an internship if you are sincere and do hard work
There are many opportunities in the job and college placement is very good here. If you do hard work then u can easily take the placement with a good package (many companies come to the college for the placement) eligibility criteria for the placement are according to your branch if u are a high branch student like It , SE,CSE , ECE then you are eligible for most of the companies and if u are lower branch student like biotech, then u can face some problem Many Big companies come here like Google, Microsoft, sprinkler, Bain, McKinsey, Amazon, Adobe etc and more than 500+ offers are given by the companies. The lowest package is around 5-6 lakhs and the highest is around 1 cr. More than 70% get placement from here if u are well prepared. My plans are simple after getting the degree I will crack the car exam or gate exam for better opportunities in the future.
Campus life is very amazing. Many fests and events take place every year (many Big events like Engifest biggest fest of Delhi and another society fest also take place, so you will not get bored here. The library is very big you will get all the books and journals here. Many sports activities and events take place in the college and it's very entertaining that other extracurricular activities also take place as many competitions. Though I have not opted for the hostel still there are many friends in the hostel they always share their reviews for the hostel they say the hostel is good, the food is also okay and it's so much fun in the hostel. You can find many pg or flats outside the college with affordable prices .
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
