- The Infrastructure of our college is very very good as compared to other colleges which offers BSc MLT course. The college building is fully air conditioned and has clean washrooms. All the Practical Laboratories have all the required equipments.
- The faculties of our college are one of the great doctors of India. Most of the teachers are very friendly with students and clears all the doubts of students.
Dislikes
- Because the Hospital is also attached with the college that's why you would see rush and chaos everytime in our campus.
- Like all other Medical colleges our college also don't give any placements opportunities and it should be changed. Students should get chances in college to get job opportunities.
Remarks :
The IP University conducts IPU-CET Paramedical entrance exam every year and you can get admission through CUET-UG also. The syllabus of these exams is Physics , Chemistry and Biology of class 11th and 12th. The Entrance exam is of 400 marks and if you score approx 300 marks then you can easily get admission in VMMC. VMMC is not only one of the best Medical College of Delhi but it is also one of the best college for BSc Medical Laboratory Technology. The campus of the college is huge and the location of the college is also very good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Because I had an interest to do something in medical field that's why I chose this course. All our faculties are professional doctors who are pursuing PG and most of them have completed there PG. Our college has huge air conditioned Lecture Theatres with smart boards. Every year students should have to give two Internal Assessments and one Final University exams. The students who are from a financially weak family they can easily get many scholarships. Some of the common scholarships are Merit Cum means financial assistance scholarship and scholarship for minority students.
Internships Opportunities :
The college provides the internship cum Lab Postings in their own Safdarjung Hospital. This is not like a paid internship but students get a certificate which may be helpful to get different jobs. The students are posted in different laboratories of the hospital for one month in every laboratory.
Placement Experience :
The only negative point of the college and course is ,you don't get placements through college. You have to apply in different hospitals and laboratories for job after the completion of your course. You may have to give entrance exam or you may be selected on the basis of your interview.
Campus Life :
Our college generally organises a fest in the month of March or April named Nirvana. It lasts for at least three days. Our Library has thousands of books, including Physiology, Anatomy, Microbiology, Pathology,Blood Banking ,etc. Except these books you can read different magazines, newspapers,etc also. The Library is open 24x7. The VMMC has their own Cricket team. And there are many other sports are also available for students to take part. There are acting, singing,dancing and English clubs of the college. There is a website also for MLT students where you can access all the details about course and study material of course. The hostel is not available for MLT students but yes you can eat in mess. The normal plate costs 60Rs which is more than enough for 1 person. The quality of food is also good. Except normal food you can try Chinese and North Indian dishes also in canteens and mess. You can rent a room or PG near the college in south-ex or green park.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
