Remarks :
College is located in proximity to my home and is very popular for its infrastructure, crowd, facilities and faculty. It is also considered one of the best colleges for B.A. (Hons) Economics at Delhi University.
Course Curriculum Overview :
B.A(Hons) Economics is a demanding and challenging course. Economics is my favourite subject and taking into consideration the prospects it offers to an individual made me choose this course. Professors are well qualified, many of them have done PhD and many professors write a research papers in various domains every year. Internals are held in mid-semester time and are of moderate level. There is no such fee hike. Scholarships are also offered like H.S. Gupta Scholarship for students facing financial limitations.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are offered in various profiles including content writer, sales and marketing intern, business analytics, and business development intern. Companies like Chegg, holidify, magnik, and Ixambee offer internships. Work from home option is also available in some internships.
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are offered to final-year students only. Some of the companies include KPMG, PWC, namekart, Deloitte etc. They majorly offer audit profiles and the average package is 4.5 lakhs. The majority of the students performing well get a job.
Campus Life :
Fest is held in February and is graced by various famous singers like Maninder Butter, the Landers, Karan Aujla etc. Classrooms are well furnished and well equipped with wifis and ACs and we have a spacious library with books of every domain. We have very good sports facilities like basketball ground, football ground, cricket field, badminton court, table tennis, shooting range etc

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
