The college has flexible timings and a good crowd of students it now also has gone under construction for the development of infrastructure. The principal of our college is solid 10/10, he has brought strict regulations for teachers to attend and depart their respective duties. Fests are also organized though not as frequent and giant as other colleges. To get into the college one has to write CUET and score certain criterion marks and also has to set their preference list accordingly, I got into this mistakenly and was so tensed about evening college, but it turned out great so far, given morning college a tough competition in terms of placements, academics, scores and even crowd. There are a lot of good clubs for one to better their curriculum, overall it's a fine college.
I am enrolled for BCom Hons, and commerce is also what is best offered by this college. The college also offers financial aid to economically weaker sections once a year. The faculty is really good, friendly and brilliant, alumni of colleges like SRCC, IIT Bombay, NSUT, etc. but the brilliancy lasts only till their academic background and not when it comes to explaining or imparting complexities into a student's brain. Only a handful of teachers give their 100% for us. The fee is not a big thing given the govt. College it's pretty decent, mine was around 15000 and there are no big variations every year it's pretty much the same.
Not yet, but yes, I am prepping to do it now. College brings in a lot of internship opportunities also, it held an internship fair also named "Talentofair", and many students bagged a few jobs in it. They keep informing through groups of a new company approaching.
Placements have done the best job so far giving tough competition to the morning college by bringing in many high-rated companies like Zomato, Deloitte, fnp, Accenture, etc. to place almost the entire batch of 3rd years. It has done a great job, of putting down all unnecessary questions raised on the college's capability to perform in this regard. The avg. Packed went about 6.5 lpa, which I think is a good one.
Life at campus is good, the crowd is really friendly, and networking happens so often, you make friends almost every day, there are all sorts of societies from finance to drama, marketing to literature, singing to dancing, etc. and anyone can join them. Festa is also a big part of DU, fests month starts from March go on till May. SBSEC like any other DU college conducts it. For academics, the library is there both morning and evening college has separate libraries where you get books to prep for exams and many more. There is an indoor games room as well as 2 outdoor games ground, accessible to any and everyone.
No, there isn't any hostel facility provided by the college yet. However, one can look for PGs or flats available in mass around the college area in Sheikh Sarai or Chirag Dilli. You will have to go through brokers only available straight outside of campus.
The course curriculum in Gitarattan international business school is totally based on the GGSIPU direction and Guidelines...All the facilities here are very supportive and motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities as well as force them to study in class ...
Course curriculum is very intense and rigorous which prepare you for your corporate and faculty is very helpful and most of them have PhD and have many high graded article in top journal and also they guide you for your future goals
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
The event regularly happens in the college for placement and job opportunities. The student are required with good communication skill and knowledge. The student has to give interview to the placement cell for the selection.
