K.J Somaiya is one of the best colleges in central Line and opportunities are unlimited and the scope of exploring the real world is to the mark also the college teachers are very helpful I have done my 11th -12th and bcom from KJ Somaiya this was the best decision of my life also all the curriculum activities were so good number of fest Somaiya college arrange is incredible.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Exams mostly used to be on time i.e Oct and March and fees were 10k to 12k varying from the selection of your subject in the last year of college I'm a CS student and KJ Somaiya helped me a lot in my self-study days because the library is so huge that anyone can study with comfort and peace of mind.
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't opt for an internship but I went through the very smooth interview process and the teacher also the others in college helped to make the process easy They helped with pressure handling.
Placement Experience :
Campus placement was available as many companies have come to offer such as Deloitte KPMG and many more but very few students have opted for this opportunity because they want to do masters first to get placements you have to be very smart.
Campus Life :
There was a cultural forum in college you could join any club as dance drama writing drawing etc, As everyone knows campus is huge one of the best campuses also every year kj Somaiya culture forms with the help of teachers organises gooner fest.

After completing the course there is job in my college,as we can be a tutor,staff and guide the undergraduate students .the highest package after joining after undergraduate is 30000 per month and lowest is 19000 per month as fresher if we join.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
SNDT,MA Psychology
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
