- The college is really big and it has a beautiful garden inside it , beside the library . the garden was well maintained you can sit there and study during winters under sunlight. The bathroom is also cleaned and well maintained .
- we also have here botanical garden , near botany laboratory and also a green house in the garden. At biotech department you will find tissue culture lab for doing experiments thats really good.
Dislikes
- the thing i dislike about this college is that they don't provide internship , like it would be so good if they provide atleast 6 month of internship for students who are interseted ....in whatever field they like.
- and there is nothing to dislike about this college except that they don't provide internship or else everthing is good here, teachers, students ,faculty all good .
Remarks :
To get admission in this college you have to fill a form at pt.ravi shukla university official website after logging in there , then according to your percentage you will get into the merit list and that's it you will get the admission .No interview and all . if your name isn't in the list don't lose hope try for open councelling for that you have to come to the college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
in the biotech. department right now only one teacher is available her qualification is Msc and has cleared NET and SET exam . and other faculty members of chemistry and botany department is also good. Teachers here are so good ,not mean, very helpful and kind.
Internships Opportunities :
i haven't opted for any internship after college , though i have been doing my msc in biotech from science college . Internship facility is not provided by the college , if you find any information or opportunity from anyone you can opt for it.
Placement Experience :
Placements on campus , this facility is not available . in whatsapp group you will notified of some company giving jobs but for interview you have to go their palces not in the campus though only few opportunities are there in the name of placments. After completing my graduation i am pursuing my pg course in biotech. from science college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total per year fees is 1780 INR and exam fees is 1680 INR. I have completed my BSC biotechnology graduation course at this college .it is a 3 years course . Exams happened in yearly manner but as of now due to NEP pattern has changed to semester wise . SC , ST and OBC caste gets scholarship yearly after filling a form for it . There is a library in the college which provide facility for sc and st students to issue books till the exam ,there is no limit for them ,but for general and obc category there is a time limit of one month for book issue .
Campus Life :
you will find here NCC and NSS group , you can take information of how to join this group during admission if you interested in any of them because its like " jo pehle aaya usko milega " it has very limited seat in ncc. we also celebrate student day , annual function , farewell ,etc. we also organized once a year blood donation camp . And other activities like essay writing ,rangoli, mehendi , annual sports function .
Hostel Facilities :
I am a local here i didn't apply for hostel , but my friends did so first of all...you are not allowed to get out of the campus if you are a hostler not even on weekends , you can only go out with your parent or guardian. Admission into the hostel is based on percentage and caste reservation . Hostel mess ... you will get food 3 times a day and a packet of milk per person daily . Hostel fees i guees its around 30,000 INR per year

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.
