  • BE admission is done through the JEE Main exam. To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology as compulsory subjects with at least 45% aggregate marks from any recognized board.
  • For admission to the B.Tech Lateral Entry course, candidates must have passed a Diploma in Engineering of a minimum of 3 years duration from a recognized board/University with an aggregate of at least 60% marks. Candidates are selected for the B.Tech Lateral Entry course directly in the 2nd year in all specializations through the Punjab University Lateral Engineering Entrance Test (PULEET).
  • Ph.D. admissions are based on the M.Phil / Ph.D. entrance test conducted by the college. However, candidates who have qualified CSIR NET/UGC NET/ GATE exam are exempted from the entrance test but should appear for the GD/PI round.
