We have 5 courses here in GNLU, i.e., BA, B.COM, BBA, BSC and BSW. BSW means Bachelor in Social Work and is not a common area of practice among Indian Lawyers. However, students still choose BSW as the faculties are good and good marks are given. Faculties for BA are average even though BA is the most sought after stream. We have 2 semesters in each year with end semester exams being conducted in April and October.

So , when we join our college for the undergraduate program then we have to choose which stream we need to choose. We have B.A. LLB. , BBA. LLB. , BCom. LLB. , BSc. LLB. , BSW. LLB. , . We can opt for any of the stream. We have 6 subjects in each semester i.e. 4 subjects of law and 2 stream subjects. I chose the B.A. LLB. Course because it had economics and political science as the stream subjects and i had Humanities in my Class 11th and 12th. Majority of the faculties which teach us have the experience of teaching for more than 15 years. The teaching method in our college is according to the student needs. The term exams were conducted as per the schedule. So, whatever is taught in class that only is asked in exam and the difficulty level in most of the subjects is moderate.

The course is very well balanced and is taught in 10 semesters in a five year period. The semesters are equally divided with an approximately 2 month internship break after each semester. For every subject, we are evaluated in 2 components, first is the Internal Component carrying 50 marks. The internal component is given by the Professor after discussion with the class, and ranges from research paper, GD to class tests. The faculties are excellent and are equipped to help the students in any way possible.
