Life at campus could be termed as peaceful. There is no distraction since the nearby town is almost 8-10kms away. Students often find entertainment within the university of among their friends. There is an inter-department fest conducted every year, which lasts for 3 days. This is the most anticipated event of the year. There is a library that is pretty much of a resourse for students and a new one under construction

Campus life is very much enjoyable.As there are students across India and also from other countries the cultures and festivals are diverse. There is an annual fest that is CANKAMA. It is a competition between different schools and departments among arts and sports. It is conducted on the month of march usually. The collection of books in the library is not so good and also the number is less as it is a central university the library facilities should be more available to the students. All classrooms are smartrooms. Sports competition is also conducted annually. But the facilities like good playground is not available.There are some clubs and association here but it is not working properly.

College life was excellent. Talking about fest, freshers meet, political fest, college fest. Every year start with freshers day, it was a happy day for every students. Every year there should be sports day including all sports and athletics. NSS, NCC, other club activities are also conducted by the college.

Central University of Kerala have a vast campus and most of the students are hostelers so sufficient facilities are provided on campus for the students to spend their leisure time. And all the infrastructure is of great quality and the best one available. There are student groups from various states which creates a diverse culture on the campus and the celebration of various regional festivals is the main highlight of campus.

There will be several functions on campus, cankama is the main fest of cukerala it will be three days long, and it will be the best days of cuk. There will be food festivals, seminars, and destination visits, and the campus is in Kasaragod so you will be able to experience many food and cultural experiences.

Life here is very nice as the campus is beautiful, especially during monsoons and winter. Cankama is the university fest lasting for 3 days with arts, sports and games in March. The university has participants in the South Zone competition. There is a dance group named Meraki. There are 4 to 5 hostels for both boys and girls with good maintenance, food and other facilities.

Even though the central university of Kerala is in Kasaragod, our department that is BA international relations department is in Thiruvanthapuram, which is almost 15 hr train travel from kasaragod itself. So in Trivandrum we had only one department with 3 batch only. So, we didn’t have any campus life over there but the students always managed to conduct many programs in club wise. we have a library over there and also have a digital library offered by the university, we have college hostel separately for both men and women , where women’s hostel is about 1 km away from the campus but for reaching men’s hostel they have to take a bus, the hostel fees are affordable but the mess is separate.

Cankama , a sports and cultural event takes place annually where different departments of the campus take part and compete. Campus is well equipped with a well maintained library. Hostel accomodation depends upon the CUET marks and how far you come from

Every year there is an annual fest held at the college called Cankama. Other sports meets are also held timely. Though the college has a small library it has an amazing collection of books and journals and an efficient ebook infrastructure is available.

Social life and clubs in Central University of Kerala are very excellent it makes students always engaged in various activities. The last library if one of the major key feature of Central University of Kerala sports and extra curricular activities are also very great here social views of various organisations are running in the university the food quality and hostel facility are also great there are paying guest facility available
