What I Liked

Peaceful atmosphere and less distractions.
Different cultures of India and group of people

What I didn’t like

The unavailability of essentials near the campus
The hostel food is not really good compared to others

Placement Experience:

Placements and job opportunities vary according to the course chosen. Arts courses doesn't provide placements. But they do provide an internship opportunity, providing hands on experience of working environment.

Internships Opportunities:

The departments do provide internship experience for students, which is a mandatory factor for the course completion. The students are free to choose the companies tge want to work at, whether it is paid or unpaid

My review on central university of kerala

What I Liked

I like the campus life, hostel life and the annual festivals also there are some cultural festivals.
Bus service is available here inside the campus.

What I didn’t like

The library facilities are not so much good.
Our department is not providing our own computer lab.

Placement Experience:

There is no such placement opportunities offered by puboic administration department. Sometimes university level placements are offered. After completing this course my plan is to write NET exam and get a job.

Internships Opportunities:

During third semester there is a paper which is internship. We should do internship in any government agencies for 15 days atleast. This internship course is done in the agency which we choose. We can do it in our loaclity or any other place. I choose a municipality.There we have to study the structure and its working system.

My Life in College

What I Liked

We have so much Freedom there and enjoyed a lot. Teachers are very friendly.
In 3 year college life, we have so many industrial visit and finally a tour, that was a amazing feel.

What I didn’t like

Transportation was little difficult because of poor roads.
Strikes conducted by political parties and there fights.

Placement Experience:

Every year so many companies are approaching college for the placements. Most of the companies are IT field from Technopark campus. I got placement on the 4 th interview. Cycloides technologies was the company i got placed. Quest global, Acsia technologies , Tossil system are some of other companies approched.

Detailed review of central university of Kerala

What I Liked

We have a group of well experienced faculties with professional knowledge and expeyin the concerned fields.
The infrastructure and facilities provided for the students are of great quality.

What I didn’t like

As the central university of Kerala is established a few years ago it's not a full-fledged campus till now, more growth is being carried on and soon it will be a great education hub.
The location of campus is difficult for connectivity, after evening reaching the campus is really tough.

Placement Experience:

As we all are aware employment is completely based on your skill and knowledge and the faculties and curriculum of the Central University of Kerala are completely focused on providing the necessary skills through various programs. Also, the mentor-mentee system is followed by the university where a few students are mentored by a faculty throughout their academic journey as well as future growth. As of now, the placement opportunities are average but still, the university is trying its maximum to increase the placement programmes through various initiatives like placement cell training programme and orientation for interviews.

Internships Opportunities:

I have done my internship in a leading tourism company which was given by my department, the faculties and administrative staff help to provide the best internship opportunities for the students. As the students of an institution of national importance, organisations and people are greatly interested in taking students from the central university of Kerala to their organisations, which includes government organisations also.

MBA TTM in central university of kerala

What I Liked

college Which is situated in an area of 300 acres with 3 helipads and canteen, store, bank, atm, hospitals. 24 hrs ambulance service is provided .
Campus life Cuk was one of my best campus experiences, there will be a lot of cultural fest and and 3 day fest cankama where the students will be coming and celebrating from other campuses of cuk

What I didn’t like

The main disadvantage of campus is that it’s not 24 hrs ,only upto 11pm you can enter in campus
The boys hostel is not inside the campus which is in a distance of 100 metres

Placement Experience:

Placement is provided, there is a placement coordinator who will find placement for students according to students' interests and he will arrange interviews and mock-ups. the placement will be getting before the end of the course and the package is 250000 per annum average.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship will be arranged from the university and if you have any preference they will help you to get that. I got an internship in Intersight Tours and Travels which is the biggest inbound tour operations company in south India.

My life at Central University of Kerala

What I Liked

Good academics is the main attraction of Central University of Kerala.
Good exposure for MSW students in terms of field work and internships.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure facilities are less since it's a recent developing university. The library is not big to accomodate all students.
Campus Life is there but since it's a pg college the work load is affecting students to enjoy their college life.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are very low here and the placement cell is very inactive. The students are either employed through the help of faculties or they find it at their own risk. Since MSW has great scope abroad, I plan to go abroad and be a counsellor.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, For MSW students there is a 1-month mandatory internship at the end of the second semester and the agencies (especially NGOs)are identified by students with the help of faculties. Other departments are also having internships at various companies.

What I Liked

Good library, properly equipped classes and labs
Faculties are well qualified and are very helpful especially during projects

What I didn’t like

Hostel food is not that great and nearest town is distant and transportation is not that smooth
Campus is located in a non urban locality which limits social life

Placement Experience:

A few of the students found placement in service sector companies with an average package of 3.5 lakh per annum. Internships. Post graduation, students can thrive in areas such as being a research associate. Interning as a research associate provides the required experience

Internships Opportunities:

You can find internships as a research associate under this course for various organisations including planning board. You can even intern at the university library without any financial commitments and it provides valuable exposure in a practical world

Doing PG at Central University of Kerala

What I Liked

Efficient and well maintained classes with proper technological infrastructure in place
A well maintained library with good collection of books

What I didn’t like

Hostel do not have the required capacity to accomodate all the students
Does not have enough cafeterias to provide for all students, the travel back and forth to the nearest town is difficult

Placement Experience:

For Economics graduates, the number of opportunities may be less but still, for such a course there were a good number of placement opportunities, and many in the class obtained good jobs with fair packages.

Internships Opportunities:

Many students accordingly apply for internships and get attractive internships with stipends. In this field being a research associate is the best and most common role in internships and doing so for a stipulated period helps in gaining the required experience certificate which helps in the way forward

What I Liked

The major thing I like about my college is Its infrastructure area is available for students for various purposes
The security in Central University of Kerala is excellent the student will get good security here

What I didn’t like

Major dislikes about Central University of Kerala is some of the professors are not that much good
They should improve their hostel and mess facilities

Placement Experience:

For my quotes there are no placements available in Central University of Kerala for other courses there are placements available and there are so many job opportunities of a to the passing out graduates my plans after getting the degree is to practice as a lawyer under good advocate .

Internships Opportunities:

I have operate for internship during my 4th semester there are internship opportunity for various courses in Central University of Kerala there will be task given by the concerned department you must finish your internship within the time
